Using this site

These terms govern your use of the Princess Valerie LLC website, including its articles, newsletter, comments, and contact links. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not disrupt, scrape, attack, or misuse the site or its services.

Content and advice

The site shares general information and personal perspectives about hospitality, events, weddings, and related subjects. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. We work to keep information useful, but do not warrant that every item is complete, current, or error-free.

Comments and third-party services

Comments may be provided through Disqus. You are responsible for content you submit. Unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or disruptive content may be moderated or removed. Google Analytics, Disqus, email delivery providers, and external links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the site's text, images, branding, and original materials belong to Princess Valerie LLC or its licensors. You may view the site for personal use, but may not republish or commercially exploit its content without permission. You grant only the rights needed to display and moderate comments you submit.

Availability and liability

The site may change, become unavailable, or discontinue features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Princess Valerie LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Community Forum rules

These rules apply to the Forum at /Forums. You sign in with your site account. The first time you use the Forum, we record that you accept these rules.

Be respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving anyone under 18, spam, scams, or illegal material. Do not post other people's private information.

Upload only images you have the right to use. Images are accepted only when uploaded to the Forum. Do not post copyrighted material you do not have permission to share.

Moderation. Princess Valerie LLC and the moderators it appoints may edit, move, lock, or remove posts, and may suspend or remove accounts, with or without notice where a rule has been broken. Decisions are final except as required by law.

Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, back up, and reproduce your posts within the Forum and its archives. This licence continues after your account is deleted, as described in the Privacy Statement. Posts are opinions and experiences, not professional advice.

Clients forum and badge. Access to the private Clients forum and the Client badge depend on your booking status. They end when a booking is refunded or cancelled and no other paid session remains. The badge is for information only and does not change how the Forum treats any post.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and Princess Valerie LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
