• Venue contracts, deposits, and cancellation terms
• Food and beverage minimums, packages, and what is actually negotiable
• Menus, tastings, cake, and bar packages
• Floor plans, guest counts, and timelines
• Working with planners, florists, photographers, and other vendors
• The questions nobody thinks to ask until the week of

Tip: the more detail you give (guest count, budget range, season, type of venue), the better the answers you will get. Leave out names and contact details of the venue staff you are working with.
